3. Pricing & Payments

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • We at VELA make every effort to deliver your dancewear as quickly as possible.
  • Delivery Times: Shipments delivered directly to the customer's home will be supplied within 3 to 7 business days (business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, or official national rest days) [🔗].
  • Shipping Cost: Standard courier delivery is 29 ILS [🔗]. On purchases exceeding 299 ILS, shipping is provided free of charge.
  • Delivery Liability: Product delivery is conducted via a third-party shipping courier. The Website and its management shall not be held liable or responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping carrier, or for delays resulting from Force Majeure, strikes, labor disputes, security situations, or any events entirely beyond our control.   • Shipments are delivered to all parts of the State of Israel (excluding exceptional or restricted areas where the delivery couriers do not operate; in such rare cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution).
5. Cancellation and Returns Policy
  • Customers are entitled to cancel a transaction carried out on this Website in strict accordance with the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer Protection Law") [🔗].

  • Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging, intact, in brand-new condition, completely free of any flaws, damage, or signs of use, and with the original price tags and labels unremoved. [🔗]
  • Important Hygiene Notice (Dancewear): In accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Health and the Consumer Protection Law, there is no right of cancellation or return for undergarments, including bottom pieces of bodysuits or tights, if their original sealed packaging has been opened or damaged.
  • Cancellation Fees: Upon canceling a transaction not due to a defect or non-conformity, a statutory cancellation fee will be deducted at a rate of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: The monetary refund will be processed directly back to the original credit card used for the purchase within 14 business days from the date the product is safely received back at our facility and verified.
6. Intellectual Property
  • All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, designs, videos, and icons, is the exclusive property of VELA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the State of Israel and international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or utilize any content without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • The company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. VELA’s total liability for any legal cause of action shall never exceed the actual amount paid by the customer for the specific product purchased.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
