Refund policy

At VELA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your dancewear, we are here to help.
1. Cancellation and Returns Window
  • In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981), you are entitled to cancel your purchase and receive a financial refund within 14 days from the date you received the product.
2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the product must meet the following strict criteria:
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • The product must be intact, in brand-new condition, and completely free of any flaws, damage, or signs of use/wear.
  • All original price tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain attached and unremoved.
  • Important Hygiene Notice (Dancewear): In accordance with Israeli Ministry of Health directives, there is no right of cancellation or return for undergarments, including bottom pieces of bodysuits or tights, if their original sealed packaging has been opened or damaged.
3. How to Initiate a Return
  • To cancel a transaction or request a return, you must notify us in writing via email at: info@veladance.co.il.
  • Please include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return in your email.
  • Products must be shipped back or returned to our registered business address: 3 HaAtzmaut St, Herzliya, Israel. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or non-conformity.
4. Cancellation Fees
  • Upon canceling a transaction not due to a defect or non-conformity, a statutory cancellation fee will be deducted at a rate of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower, as permitted by Israeli law. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Processing
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed directly back to the original credit card used for the purchase within 14 business days.
